Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our international fulfillment centers, including Hong Kong, depending on product availability and destination.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed — but you can return it for a full refund once received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX — as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive due to high global demand and customs handling.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices shown on our site are tax-free in USD.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives.

Nord Peak is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.

How do I return an item?

We’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email us immediately.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
If you paid by card, the refund is sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
